UNIVERSE OF DANCE is the first organized dance parade event at Universal Orlando Resort ™. This 3-part organized dance event includes a parade performance; dance workshops, with a Universal Orlando dance professional; and the opportunity to perform your own group choreography with Universal Orlando STARS Performance Program (audition & application required) and much, much more. Performing Arts Consultants is proud to be an educational foundation for students of the performing arts and has created this program to be an educational and entertaining performance opportunity for your dancers!

2023 Universe of Dance Workshops

Master Class

  • Approximately 2 hours
  • The focus will be on Hip Hop Dance
  • Appropriate for all levels of dancers
  • Technique-based class that helps Students understand how we apply that dance style to tell a particular story in our parks
  • Dancers will learn original choreography inspired by in-park performance

Audition Workshop

  • Approximately 2 – 2.5 hours
  • Jazz and Musical Theatre will be the focus
  • Appropriate for any dance groups, but best for advanced level performers, pre-professional dancers
  • While general technique is covered the workshop is more career-focused
  • Dancers will learn original choreography inspired by in-park performances
