When traveling please be sure to alert your Trip Director of any medical, physical or dietary requirements you may require in order to ensure a fun and healthy cruising experience. Please note how cruise lines are able to meet those needs below:

Special Needs:
The cruise lines seek, to the extent feasible, to accommodate guests with special needs so they are able to enjoy their ships and other facilities. For example, service animals are permitted onboard ship if prior arrangements have been made at time of booking. In situations where a guest with special needs, such as a guest in a wheelchair, would be unable to be comfortably accommodated due to vessel barriers and other criteria, they may find it necessary to ask the guest to bring along a companion to assist or make alternative arrangements.

Special Diets:
Special diet requirements may be requested at least two weeks prior to sailing. You should discuss the method of preparation of menu items with your waiter or head waiter. There may be limitations in our ability to accommodate special orders. Kosher meals are not available.

Medical Services:
The ships’ infirmaries are equipped to treat minor non-emergency matters. A doctor is available to render services at a customary charge. Doctors are independent contractors. Groups are encouraged to bring their own health history/medical forms for each person in the group.

Be sure to arrange for any of the aforementioned requirements to your Trip Director or Performing Arts Consultants host.

The kids had such a wonderful time that they are all asking where we are going to next.

They learned a small piece from the show and when they were there watching, when it came to the piece they learned they were dancing in their seats. The performers loved that! . . . It was a wonderful once in a life time experience for all!

The communication and organization was amazing, and the entire trip was student-oriented which is exactly what I wanted. Everything was absolutely perfect. The kids are still talking about it as are the adults, and photos are still all over Facebook!

We have traveled with them four times and are currently gearing up for a fifth. Not only are they knowledgeable about music festivals and the travel industry, they are genuinely awesome folks to hang out with. It's a pleasure every time we do business!

My students and I traveled to Norfolk, VA, with PAC for the Virginia International Music Festival and had an incredible time! The students enjoyed the opportunity to play in remarkable venues such as Chrysler Hall and the Roper Center for the Performing Arts. Our marching band had the opportunity to perform in the Parade of Nations and get viewed by thousands of cheering attendees. We thoroughly enjoyed the Spirit of Norfolk Cruise, our trip to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg, and the main event we will never forget, the Virginia International Tattoo! Thank you to PAC for providing a memorable, musical experience for my students!”
